I’m currently taking a class through Ascension Healing Arts Center, it’s called “Managing your energy.” It has really made a difference in my daily life.
As a massage therapist, I didn’t understand why I would feel so drained after working on some of my clients. I also felt overwhelmed and anxious at times. This class has taught me several ways that I could ground and protect myself from being contaminated by someone else’s energy.
